No comparison: Ranger hands down. I've seen it do some pretty trying things and it's performed unbelievably. My .2 and experience

i saw with my own eyes a few weeks back my dad drag a dead cow, weighing in around 1400-1600 lbs, about 2 miles through the woods and swamps. havent had much experience with the rhino but our ranger has been awesome. there hasnt been a test that we have put it through that it hadnt past.

Why don't you keep your waders on and put it in water up to your chest and put a 5 horse motor on the back and see what happens....they aren't amphibious.

They both have their individual strong points and draw backs.
Ranger to big for my use, but can haul a little more, it is heavier, gonna get stuck worse, cant manuever in and out of trees like the rino

I have a rino, it has a little more leg room , not as much cargo space but it has done everything that I have asked it to do and some that I shouldn,t have. It can if had to , in the bed of a truck, on the tailgate of course, I use it in the yard all the time hauling dirt rocks whatever, have had four hunters dog and guns decoys all on and in it , yep it was loaded, with no problems

I have a friend who has a ranger he likes it better than my rino, I like my rino better than his ranger
Both are good machines you just gotta decide what you want
Rumor has it that Yamaha gonna put the 700 efi in the rino soon

The Rhino is more amphibious than a Ranger. And some of the feilds we hunt the ranger won't go, belt squealing and smoking just won't go.

You may want to wait a few months and see the new Polaris RZR 800. It is a sportier version of the larger Ranger. It is a bit smaller than a Rhino and the bed is even smaller. It looks and sounds to be a hot rod. You can google it and see the pics.
