hip stamp????????

under the mdwfp page, there is an article stating the dove seasons, which says you must have a valid hunting license and a signed hip stamp. what is a hip stamp?????

the cool, i mean HIP surveys are not available in my neighborhood either.... but don't go and call 911..... local G&F officers will have some in hand and let you fill them out.... or go back later and obtain one.... no big deal... no fine or punishment.... just a survey that even our G&F boys don't have......

Your friendly neighborhood license agent should have them available this week. We put 80,000+ of them through my and our secretarie's own hands and in to the mail yesterday and this morning. The MD designation is only available on the sportsman lic. If you do not have one of these follow the other advice.

If your license has MB listed on it. You already completed the survey and don't have to have the stamp. Just FYI, that might save you some time. I went to get the stamp at MDWFP and then realized my license already had it on there.
