"Wing Magic" and other wave makers?

"Wing Magic" and other wave makers?

Anyone use the wing magic jerk decoy? How do you like it? I also like the submersable "trolling motor" wave maker that Cabelas makes. I think it's called the "Mallard Masher".
Are these worth their weight, or should I save my $ and stick with the ol' home made jerk rig?

You can make duck hunting mighty complicated, and less enjoyable if you really want to...so my answer is "save your money"

Jerk string works great, and you never have to change the batteries!
