There is not a date that you have to have them ordered by i was just trying to make sure i had enough on hand for the people who wanted them now and some of the hats i have to order them by the dozen. I will probally keep them on that website so as new members join or someone else decides they need one they can order it.
When you order them at http://www.leahslooks.com you can select customer pickup and it will not charge you shipping. When you slect customer pickup she will email you when they are ready that way you can arrange when to pickup. The reason we are doing this through my wifes website is to keep up with it all and to try and make sure and not miss any order.
