Microsoft Outlook

Any of you guys know anything about Microsoft Outlook? Before I left for Iraq I had it all set up, but the computer crashed about two months ago and my wife had it wiped clean and set back to the original state. Now I can't get Outlook to work. The computer is only about 1 1/2 years old working on XP.

When I try to "Test Account Settings" I get this:

"Log onto incoming mail server: Failed"
"Send test email message: Failed"

When I click on the error page I get:

"Send test email message: The server was found, but no response"

"Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): The specifice server was found, but no response from the server."

This is a bit paraphrased as I did not want to type it all out. Any help is appreciated.
