I killed my second band Saturday morning. It was probably one of the best or luckiest shots I have ever made. Me and a buddy were hunting and 2 of three mallards came into the decoys and the third was trailing just out of range. After five shots we killed the first two. The third greenhead swung out in front of me and was getting away and I reached into my wader pouch and pulled out a shell, shucked it in and dropped him. I was amazed that I even hit him. Then I paddled over to get him and turned him over and he was banded. I have been duck hunting since 1993 and I killed my first band in 1997 and this one came in 2006 so, to say the least I was very happy. Here is a picture.

We're all in this tub together, If one of us pee's we all get a warm feeling.
Dang! Redwine about time you Coffeeville folks start killing some ducks. I guess with the job you got you have plenty of time to find birds. Congrats on the BAND!
