Lookin for someone with a lease to....
Hey guys, I will be coming down to MS this weekend for a hunt/photo shoot. The photographer that will be joining me on the trip sells a lot of his photos to DU and are used in their magazine virtually every month. Anyways, I have set up to hunt with a guy that I used to hunt with, but, he is saying that the birds are getting scarce over the past 2-3 days. They were shooting a good number of birds, but, something has happened weather wise and it is not good. Anyways, I am just looking for a backup plan for the photographer. Any of you boys, over on the West side of the state(Tunica Area) that have a lease, would you be so kind as to let a fella come in on Sun AM to shoot a few birds. Once again, this is just if we can't find birds Sat. Please PM me any questions/concerns, as I will PM you all information regarding the trip this weekend. And just an FYI--I'm only an OOS'er physically, born and raised a MS boy! Just looking for some help here...whether we need it or not. Thanks guys----now feel free to bash the post all you want!

32 views already---and not a PM yet----I know some of you boys have got to be in ducks, and interested in the possibility of your face being in a magazine. If you want to see photo's he has done, look at your DU magazines, and all the photos with Adair Photography written on them---that is they fella that will be with me. Would love to get him in some Standing timber. And, I know there are a lot of guys over there that have manually flooded timber...boys speak up, if we don't make over there this weekend, we will be back with a different photographer Jan 13-16....somebody give me some good news here! I don't want this guy to have a burnt trip....even if it is a woodie shoot, or gadwall shoot, they make just a good of photo's.....talk to me!

Thanks for the input there guys, had a group accomadate us for the weekend, and there should be some great photos out there in some magazines from our hunt. Thanks goes out to Cliff, DJ, and Bryce...you guys really made it happen, even though the birds were scarce. Hope to see your faces in a book soon! Oh and Bryce---good looking dog you had there! I think she was a little tired before the day was over!

it'll
it'll take more than "i'll put your picture on a page" to get some of these boys to take you duck hunting, how about getting to know somebody!

pics
Trust me fellas, I know several other people in MS, only problem I had that weekend was most of them work retail---and therefore were working. I will post some pics as soon as the images are processed. Wasn't expecting to find too many people EAGER to help out anyways, even though the south is known for its hospitality....luckily I was able to to get some help that weekend....and many thanks to those that participated. As to the others, it was your own choice and I respect that....I know I would have a hard time taking someone to some of my holes up here without getting to know them first. I will hopefully have the pics back to me within a week and then I will be able to show you some......
As to the quality of the pictures, look at any DU magazine and look for photo's by Adair Photography....there was a 2 page spread in last months issue(I believe) that show some of my other hunting buddies hunting Scoters in the Chesepeake bay---I think it was around page 80 somewhere if I remember correctly.
Well, hope you buys have a Merry Christmas, and let your limits be filled! Best of luck to you over the holidays!
