I bought one direct from C&W in Belmont 15 years ago and been really pleased with it. They'll build anything you want.

There used to be a place in Kosciusko in the middle of town, but i can't find it on google anywhere. Maybe someone else will post the name. Gillion Trailer Sales is on highway 8 east of Grenada. You may want to give them a call. Also may want to think about a tandem axle trailer as well.

I've always liked C&W trailers but last December I bought a 6x12 with dovetail and short gate. Perfect setup for what I wanted except that the paint is so thin you could read a paper through it. Six months of very light use and I've got rusty spots all over the place. Also, the tailgate needed a couple more braces because the mesh has already sagged where I load my side x side.Up2Early wrote:I bought one direct from C&W in Belmont 15 years ago and been really pleased with it. It is heavy built and pulls good but the finish ain't what it used to be. It was $1000 also.

I bought a 6x12 Diamond C from a trailer dealer in Lafayette a year ago. I had trouble finding a trailer built as heavily as I wanted. Texas Bragg is another good brand. You can look at their website to find dealers nearby.
I paid about $300 more for mine than other local offerings. I felt like the difference was worth it for the features and quality I was getting.

My first cal would be too Sure Ride in Maben, MS. They make a really good trailer.

If money is not your driving factor, check out Aluma Trailers. Heavy duty, but light weight. Pulls better than any trailer I've ever seen!

I'm in North Ms and just bought a Native 16' tandem axle from Muddy Waters in Moulton, AL. Very solid trailers and great prices.

I looked hard at those, Ted, and now wish I'd gone that routeTedl10 wrote:I'm in North Ms and just bought a Native 16' tandem axle from Muddy Waters in Moulton, AL. Very solid trailers and great prices.

Batesville is going to be one of the best prices you'll find anywhere. The Co-op a few hundred yards west of there has started carrying Big Tex trailers. I've had one for 12 years and never had a single issue with it.

I live in Cleveland and Boyle Lumber sells Texas Bragg trailers. They have a bunch of them sitting on their lot, any size and configuration you could think of. They will deal with you too.
