If you have some time to kill, you could swing by Faulk's Game Calls. The Faulks are distant cousins of mine, 50-11 removed.

stay out of the casinos for good food. I just spent going over there every week for the last 2 years, by far some of the best eating cities I have been in.
- cousins - small, local place in the hood. incredible food.
- Calla - great atmosphere, small changing menu, pretty hip place, but the food is off the charts
- Mazens - incredible filet. soufflé is awesome there
- 121 - everything is great. cool little bistro
- luna - downtown, barish cool place. good eats
-mcfarlands - beer menu is great, irish publike
-darrens - best poboy around

that should get you started.

Thanks to all who replied. We ended up at pats of Henderson since it was the best recommendation by yelp. We did not have long to make a decision. I will know of more places next time I am down that way.
