Mississippi State vs. Georgia Tech - Orange Bowl
Let's get the discussion going boys. How do they match up and how's it gonna shake out?
I am interested in purchasing duck calls that were made by Mike McLemore. I am a family member and they have a sentimental value.

Well we 0-4 against GA Tech and I think we got screwed on the bowl selection as far as number of fans traveling that far! But with that said. I'll be there and hope we tear their ass up!

Biggest Bowl game an MSU team has played in since WW2 and people are complaining...unbelievable!

I think we match up with them quite well. They don't pass the ball much which HAS to be a plus for MSU defense. Hopefully our D can be disciplined enough to make the reads to stop their offense. Look for McKinney to have a big game.

That option is gonna be tough simply because we don't ever have to defend it. I think State will have something to prove in this game.

If practice time is used wisely, with all this time to prepare, MSU should be able to defend the option at least well enough to win. I think if you will look back at Georgia Tech's recent history, I bet many of their losses come after bye weeks when teams have extra time to prepare.RedEyed Duck wrote:That option is gonna be tough simply because we don't ever have to defend it. State's LBs and DL are their strength, which is exactly how you stop the option. Unlike most teams, they will have a month to prepare for the assignment style of defense they will have to play. I think State can win big.

MSU wins by 2 TDs or more.
Are we gonna get wet?
Re: Mississippi State vs. Georgia Tech - Orange Bowl
I think State does the same thing Ole Miss did to them last year. Ms State 35 -Ga tech 13.
Re: Mississippi State vs. Georgia Tech - Orange Bowl
state should roll!!! you don't line up and just run on state. and ga tech's defense has given up points to $#!+ offenses all year. so barring state not getting off the bus i don't see them loosing this game

for exmaple you could kill a 4 greenheads (two banded), a mallard/black cross, and a mallard/gaddy cross and smash a hot blonde on the way back to the ramp and call it a hell of a day
Re: Mississippi State vs. Georgia Tech - Orange Bowl
I don't man, your boys made it look pretty easy. All you gotta do is run all the way to one sideline, then just turn around and run toward the opposite sideline, then cut it upfield .ScottyLee wrote:state should roll!!! you don't line up and just run on state. and ga tech's defense has given up points to caca offenses all year. so barring state not getting off the bus i don't see them loosing this game

If state loses it will be a monster disappointment to a good season. They got the matchup they needed. A not so great passing team that is going to be run based. That is their defensive strength thank goodness. TCU would have been a much tougher matchup. Hope Mullins does a better job at his position than the egg bowl but MSU should roll. Thank Georgia for fumbling 2 times on the goal line for this should be easy win.

Ain't gonna be no I in W.I.N. If he coaches the same as he did in egg bowl but will be a S in losers. Won't be no S in raise either if he manages to lose to GT again. Making a million less than freeze won't sit well with him for long.
