aaahh that's what social media is good for. This particular UM grad and Rebel fan is pulling hard for the puppies, up until the Egg Bowl. So are most people I know. It's good for Mississippi.

Whatever dude
Re: Umiss obsession with MSU reaches full tard status
Just saying how it is. Why would I ever pull for TSUN??????
Re: Umiss obsession with MSU reaches full tard status
I will tell you the 2 reasons I am pulling for State. (at least until they each have a loss)
1. I think the 2 teams are feeding off each other. I believe they both want to outshine the other and feel this is keeping them from over looking anyone. They are not only playing against the opponent each week but each other.
2. If they both go into the egg bowl at 11-0 I think the winner for sure gets in playoff and probably the loser gets in also. (And no I am not predicting that) But also if Ole Miss goes into Egg Bowl at 10-1 and State 11-0 (or vice versa) then if Ole Miss can win it would vault them back into the playoff picture.
What is wild to me is 10 years ago Ole Ms and State fans would have never thought of playing for a National Championship and winning the SEC was a lofty goal. But thanks to Alabama, Auburn and LSU now you cant talk about winning a SEC west championship without talking about the National Championship.
It has been a great 2 years for Ole Miss and State fans. In 2013 State played for National Championship in baseball and 2014 Rebels made first trip to Omaha in forty years and finished tied for 3rd. Lets only hope this success keeps going and both teams feed off each other for several years.
One last side night - This was not Ole Miss's year in football as they return 15-16 starters next year.
