Legit question...

regardless what plays out in SEC West...

IF an undefeated Notre Dame beats an undefeated Florida State, will Notre Dame get #1 spot over whomever is still undefeated in SEC West???

I wonder because of the namesake would they get the votes???

I doubt it. I think most of the AP voters can still remember 2012. I know that shouldn't carry any weight in 2014, but based on the SEC's performance over the last decade I think the nod will go our way.

I believe they will. Holtz has been shoving that bias since the start of the season. They would get destroyed in the SEC West right now.

I think Florida St. is a 2 loss team in the SEC West

ND has to get past flordia state and I don't see that happening. If they do then they have Arizona State to beat also. I see them losing 2 games by years end maybe 3

And Notre Dame would lose to Arkansas IMO.
