Baseball is over...time to talk SEC Football
SEC Media days upcoming, SEC Network carrying the games, and it is June so EVERYBODY thinks their team will be better than lst year (except maybe Bama
). Time to take an early reading with the ruler and see what people are thinking. Dogs, Rebels, Tigers, War Eagles, Elephants, Hogs, Aggies............how does this SEC West 6 member, no holds barred, battle royal, slugfest play out????????????????????

Are we gonna get wet?

I think Bama is to prohibitive favorite in the West. They will be crazy good on defense and have a backfield any NFL GM would love to have.
My surprise team this year is Ole Miss. I think they will finish 2nd in the West with two conference losses at most.
I think State will be very good but think Dak will have some injury issues the way he plays.
I think LSU is going to have a 4 to 5 loss season due to starting a true freshman or true sophomore at QB and lack of depth on the DL.

Bama has another sickening load of talent, no news there.
Lifelong Rebel fan but I'm excited about watching Dak play, I like the way he approaches the game, but he does open himself up to injury (like Wallace his first year). Still, they are going to surprise some good teams.
Rebs should compete well; if they only have two conference losses I expect most Reb fans will (and should) be well pleased.
