First Andy Kennedy, now a good portion of the freshman signing class. Any publicity is good publicity, right?

Re: Ole Miss v. Auburn Prediction Thread
The initial report about this " incident" by the liberal Ole Miss student newspaper now appears to have been over-exaggerated. Students who were actually in the audience during the play are being interviewed and are saying that they didn't see or hear slurs or anything else directed toward the cast members other than a little snickering when one of the male cast members was speaking loudly in a high pitched falsetto voice. Apparently, he was the overly sensitive cast member who was offended.
This play is designed to provoke audience response. And the story behind the play has since been proven to be a falsehood --- the gay guy beaten to death was actually beaten by his gay lover over a disagreement stemming from a drug deal, not by redneck homophobes as the media portrayed it. Forcing students to watch such drivel, even for a theater class, is probably not a good idea. Few, if any, of us here would have voluntarily gone to see such a play.
There should be a video tape of the whole thing. If it turns out that this is much ado over nothing ( which I highly suspect to be the case), those student reporters and cast members sensationalizing this incident should be the ones disciplined.
I hate that our administration fell all over themselves with public apologies before getting all the facts. I suppose they were fearful of the media that tends to favor the gay lobby.
Dawgma, unless your MSU Bulldogs are gay, then you should have nothing to worry about from our hatin' players.
Stang, I didn't realize that Andy Kennedy was at the play. I suppose Marshall was there too, yelling out fag slurs while snorting a line or two. I'm hearing that Johnny Manziel was there too, hanging with his homie Marshall, during this off week for TAM.

I can already smell the bourbon and cigars, and it smells like .............. Victory.
I predict a close game between two similar, evenly matched teams.
