My wife runs the financial aid department at our local college. I cannot tell you how many times a day she hears the word REFRUNDS.... As in "yo when I gets my REFRUNDS check" 70% of them never see the inside of a classroom after Pell and student loan refunds are dispersed. Then they show up in the office the following semester wondering why their financial aid has been denied.
