Re: ADS Rhino is running rough?
A few things:
I installed a plastic see thru barbed automotive type carb fuel filter in place of the stock filter. It is way bigger than the factory filter and will continue to flow good clean fuel much longer than the tiny stock filter.
Also, my coil wire wore out where it connects to the spark ...

I concurr about the blonde....... whew.... smoke all the way.
It is staged, but still good. I put it in the same class (of show) as Swamp People...... but with better scenery!

Another Tico's fan here. I like the large filet...... medium rare.....my wife usually gets the small filet with the sautee'd mushrooms on hers. I just want a fork and a knife with mine.....and a cold beer to wash it down with.
Shapley's is good too, but I like Tico's steak better...... they are ...

335k on a '96 Avalon (daily driver work car)..... will run it until it quits.... then fix it and run it some more. It still gets over 24 mpg occasionally even with this ethanol in the gas....and is comfy.....

I haven't driven the bobcat.... but I own a rhino..... and have driven the kubota, mule, big red, and ranger. Without a doubt, the ranger 800 is far and beyond the nicest side-by-side I have driven. I drove one in a buddys neighborhood and as we pulled up to the stopsign, I reched for the turn ...

Which is why I then mentioned Liability. The builder's risk covers you in case the building falls down during construction or catches on fire in case the worker does something he isn't supposed to. The liability covers you in case one of said workers gets hurt. If you have a hunting club, i hope ...

Liability insurance is one thing. Workers' comp is another. If his cousin falls from a scissor lift and ends up a quad, that liability insurance isn't going to cover it. Just an FYI. Sounds like yall have it about covered.

Re: Ask DS - ATV seat cover and carb work
IMHO, just order you a new seat from Honda.... (used to have a 2000 Rancher 4x4) I got one with the factory cover.... decal on the back suggesting no extra riders or something..... just like the factory.... plastic seat pan and all for like $85. IMHO, there is nothing that hurts the value of a 4 ...

The guy you hire may very well tell you that he won't sue you if he or one his employees gets hurt on the job. I bet the wife and kids of said worker will make no such promises though.
Nothing he or the wife signed could alter the kid's right to bring suit anyway.

It is my understanding Builder's Risk only covers the structure being built if something happens during construction..... Like fire, tornado, etc.... It will pay you for the value of the structure at the time the event happening basically. It has nothing to do with an employee of the contractor ...

why don't he take out a policy pay it, do the work then cancel it after the job? of course if he were to tell the agent this, the agent wouldn't write it but he would have a cgl policy in force and he can choose to do with it as he pleases after the job is complete...

Re: Ask DS - Requiring a contractor to have GL policy - Opti
Got a small time family owned/run contractor that we would like to get to do a major project at our camp. He comes highly recommended from multiple people that we actually know. He has been in the business for 40+ years. He doesn't advertise... and has no GC license nor does he care to get one. He ...
