I told the Doctors to unplug all the monitors from our 5 day old little boy. My wife and I took Owen out of the Neonatal ICU and into a small room in UMC and held and kissed as he was called home to be with Jesus. He beat all the odds just being born and held on long enough for his mother to get out of the hospital so she could be there with him has he passed. Yall be sure to hug your kids today, and I would appreciate any extra prayers you could send my way.

I felt the hair stand up on my body as I read this. Very sombering being I got a 2 year old running around the house now. Very sorry for the lose Chad and thanks for sharing.

I was thinking about this not two weeks ago. I was going through my old messages and reading the ones that we had sent in april and may as well as one or two from Mud. Sick children: one of the greatest mysteries God has given us.
