I don't know how local honkers react to snow in Mississippi (probably never seen any), but if you have some honkers using a field - now's the time to get'em...........birds feed more urgently when snow is approaching, cause they know the food source is either going to get covered-up or frozen. Tomorrow morning would be ideal (if it's snowing).

Snows and specs should follow suit. To bad I left the snow sled up in Saskatchewan.

Randy, I had close to 50 honkers about a pitching wedge from my cabin this morning. Kids came sneaking down here "wide-eyed" saying "can we, can we?" Told em "Nope, I'm enjoying them more simply watching them while I'm drinking my coffee."

Wx channel saying 5-8" in Greenwood area.

Snowing like a mofo in Holcomb right now.

i hope you get a foot. just think how beautiful. and i hope we don't get a flake.

We already have over an inch of snow in less than an hour in Holcomb and it's damn near white out conditions. I've never seen it snow this hard in MS before. Can you say....BLIZZARD!!!!!
