Does anyone know a source for the 3-5 man fiberglass sunken pit blinds?

Ive seen them advertised in the back of Wildfowler Magazine...I think they are MIGHTY pricey and I thnk they are made in the midwest somewhere...maybe Missouri or Oklahoma ??
