best waterfowl attractant plot???

i have a flooded cypress swamp and want to start getting big ducks in there. i have a good many woodies naturally but was wondering if i need to plant chuffas or something else like corn during the summer. i have a hog problem too but i jsut dont know what will work the best for getting ducks in there.

Go up there to the Chevron in Livingston and get you a bag of seeds from leron then turn left by the brass monkey and go to the little yellow house down there and get another bag of seeds from jamal. Plant them and waa-lah! You got MaryJane's duck plot. Best there is!

I like Jap millet. When the water goes down, sow it in the mud flats. The first order of business though is letting me come over there and help you with the hog problem. Have Steyr, will travel.

ditto on the millet.
If you have hogs, you won't have any chufa... they will root it out and eat it.
Grass like millet is mostly hog resistant.
Do you have any control over the water level in the swamp?
Do you have any openings in the trees for big ducks to use?
You need sunlight to hit the ground to grow a good crop.
