Somebody give me some feedback on this stuff. I bought an outfit not too long ago and can still send it back if I don't like it. What are the pros and cons???

Its great. Got a set 2yrs ago and wouldnt take anything for it. windproof and rain proof have been very pleased and also very arm to not be so bulky. Thats just my 2 cents. i have hunted n the pouring down rain and never use a rain suit anymore. I would spend extra money on bibs rather than pants, eventhough the tail of the jacket is longer than most

I did get the bibs....sounds like I need to consider keeping it. The only issue that I have with it is the quietness of the fabric. What are your thoughts on that?

i bought some last year from vans. It rained the next day and i tested it. my but, back, and shoulders got wet. took it back to vans, and they gave me the more expensive clothes off the shelf. I got the Outlaw pants and jacket. I took it straight to the shower, 15 min and no leaks.

Works great!

JD,

Are you saying that you got wet in the Rivers West and took it back and swapped for more that worked? I think it has a year guarantee which is one thing that I like about it.

Yes i did get wet then take it back, as far as i know it doesnt leak. i have only shower tested it.

but you are wrong on the 1 year guarantee, At least i know mine is a 10 year waterproof guarantee. my dad has some and he stays dry.

Well.........at least I wasn't overexagerating in my ignorance. Ten years is better than one. I have several Cabelas suits coming. I am going to compare and send my two least favorite back. I'll let you guys know what I keep.
