the debt on the location was around $1million, it surprises me it would go for $600k. Granted he had equipment that was worth around 200k. Are you sure Bridgeforth pruchased it for $600k land, lodge, and equipment.

I've heard he has already had some offers to sell. He might just keep it for his own hole. I heard he got land lodge and equipment. He can afford to keep it for awhile.
