I ate some smoked sausage last year, but I am not sure where it was made. It was the best that I have ever eaten. This had jalapenos and cheese in it. I also ate some bologna made the same way. Does anyone know where I can get some made?

The Outfitter makes some pretty good sausage. I don't know if they make the jalapenos and cheese or not.

Try Toneys Deer Processing in Pope. Its not too far from Crowder. The best deer sausage I have ever eaten. Thats the only place I take my deer to be processed.

I use both S&D at Utica, and the Outfitter at Florence, both do an excellent job and both make the regular and jap and cheese.....mighty tasty stuff!!!
