Benny,
If you put Venisonjerky in google (or whoever) it will bring up hundreds of places that make venison jerky. Most of them have recipes. Just my .02.

I'll take a pic & post it tomorrow wiem. It is something else. some kind of cabinet that electronics was in is my guess, definately gov issue , but as ole Ben says it will make one helluva smoker
