If you put Venisonjerky in google (or whoever) it will bring up hundreds of places that make venison jerky. Most of them have recipes. Just my .02.

Here she be pure aluminum, except for the handles, not a weld on it, industrial riveted. Has holes punched out in it where you can tell electrical outlets (plug-ins) were, some sort of containment for electronic equipment I guess

Looks like a blast proof computer rack used on old drilling rigs. Do the holes on the sides in the second and third pic have threads in them? so they can screw a cover into place? I use to install drill data systems on rigs in the late '90s we used much smaller cabinets then (smaller components) than the earlier models had, but all aluminum and super strong. I think your right on with your idea though looks like you could smoke up some stuff in that thing (no pun intended).
