But at least you didn’t incur the NCAA wrath.
Jokes aside, best played game I’ve seen from any MS team in a long time.

^^^^^AGREED^^^^^ 100 % .....Bama got their toughest test, this year, from MSU, and we dang near beat them.....and, their only 3 losses are to 3 of the top teams in the nation, but State is barely noticed in the poll updates.....the polls sucks weenies !!!
And, someone please answer this question for me!!!.....Wisconsin is 10-0 from what I consider to be a very weak Big Ten conference, this year.....they have not played a "single ranked team", this year, until lowly #20 Iowa, yesterday.....yet, how in the h3LL can the AP/Coaches polls justify ranking them #4 or #5, respectively???
Oh wait, maybe it's Barry Alvarez's influence, as Wisconsin's current AD, and his last year's membership on the CFP Selection Committee.....or, even worse, maybe it's the Hog's coach, Bret Bielema's influence, since he played football at Wisconsin.....ha, NOT !!!!!.....my money's on the Alvarez scenario.

State played a heck of a game. They would be higher in the polls had the UGA and Auburn games not both been blow outs.

I thought we had them. We should have been a little more aggressive on offense in the fourth and bitch slapped the sideline ref on the West side.

Agree with all of the above. Bad calls are what they are and you can't change that but I feel like we should have gone for it on the 4th down when we were on their 42ish yard line late. Our Oline had been controlling the line of scrimmage most of the night at that point so you gotta keep the ball out of their hands there. Bama moved the ball with ease at times so no way I'm giving it back to them with the game on the line. If they stuff us, fine they earned it, but at least give it a shot. Hurts and Ridley are gamers and they did just what everyone knew they could. I'm not mad one bit on us bringing the house on that 3rd down play on Bama's winning scoring drive cause that's what we had been doing all night. Bama just did what they do and called a design play to escape it. Overall, I'm proud cause I didn't think we'd be anywhere near that close but it still burns a little. Life of an MSU fan I guess

Bama's so good, they beat you more than once. Really.

Typically, the week after a hard game with Bama is a major letdown. Trap game. It almost was for State on Saturday. Les Miles knows what I mean.

Yes, that kind of game just drains a team mentally and physically.
