I was a Deputy there for 3 years and now I'm proudly in Rankin County. I have seen how they investigate murders there and I have seen how they do it here and its night and day literally. I loved the county and some of the guys I worked with up there but I do not have any confidence in the higher ups in any agency there except the Chief in Tchula cause he is actually caring enough to do something about the eyesores there. I really hope that MBI takes over this investigation but I do have a feeling that these guys are going to get away with this crime because everyone up there is scared that if they "snitch" that the law enforcement won't protect them from the repercussions of giving a tip. This murder was a total shock from the neighbors as one of my good friends that I duck hunt with is only 6 houses down from them.

i see where there a $22,500 reward now. Not a huge amount, but hopefully enough to make someone talk!
Hell is not a bad enough place for the person(s) that committed this horricic act!!!
