I hunted that place back when Jim Kennedy owned it before he bought York Woods. Beautiful place. I wonder why Will is selling.

Makes sense. That's a ton of acreage and you need a full time person to manage it. That get's pretty expensive. I remember when Jim Kennedy owned it, they would confiscate several boats a year from folks poaching on the property when they would access it from the river. Plus when the river is out, it turns a lot of the property to a giant flooded lake.

We have the same friend. I haven't heard anything about it selling either, so it must be the west end. Who own it?
