I hope y'all have better luck than we did replacing our DC. Offered stupid money to a couple before "settling" for a mediocre at best DC.

I can't find anything on who they may be talking to for Diaz replacement. Every search I do only pulls up old stuff. Anyone got a link or any insider info on who may be the new DC?

Heard they were looking at Mel Tucker from Bama.

Suposedly coach O has not even interviewed nor has Tucker from Bama. Apparently Tom Allen is the top target and will be getting an offer.

The obviously word, if you look it up, is Dan Mullen wants Ed Orgeron and isn't offering anyone until Ed says no....it's ALL OVER THE PLACE this morning it's not hard to find.

all the talk on Baton Rouge radio is the Mullen wants Orgeron but nobody thinks Orgeron will go to Miss State...Mike Detillier said he couldn't see it happening and he's really tight buddies with Orgeron.

Told yall. Eddie O being said shrimp boat captain. Im not sure about him though. Would make some heads roll, but he does have a way with 'crutin and the NCAA investigations that follow.

Mullen may want Coach O but I just dont see the two of them getting along. That's 2 strong personalities and one of them is a stark raving lunatic. When you put the alpha male in the room with the one who thinks he's the alpha male a bad dog fight usually ends up breaking out. I may be way off target but everyone knows Coach O can get a little nutty sometimes. I thought he had gotten a little better but the junk he pulled cussing out the OM fans from the sidelines this yea(I understand they were provoking him) proves he has not changed his stripes at all.

So, that being said hire him it should make lots of things more interesting for the rivalry.
