I hate that. Really liked watching him play. He is great at his position and may have well been the Heisman winner in the long run but who knows. I guess the next time we see him play, he really will be getting paid, except it will be on a Sunday.

This is the worst year so far for heirs an candidates now that Gurly screwed up. I like Dax to win but even then I think he is mediocre. Maybe he will explode on auburn or maybe nick will shine but I think he is mediocre as well. And please don't let Winston steal it again. Lot of football to play yet so things can change quickly.

The "Crab Leg Crook" won't win it, this year....there's just too many personal conduct/behavior skeletons floating around him....Heisman voters don't like candidates with baggage....and, besides the crab legs and sexcapades, he's toting a lot of bad baggage.

Yep and I agree. I just hope they lose before then so we don't have to listen to all the hype around them beating pansies. Luckily OSU lost early. It's been kind of nice not having to listen to anything about them.

Why, with all the alumni money sec schools have, can you not put a counselor with them so they don't screw up like this?

I think the NCAA is trying to nip this in the bud to avoid another huge investigation like Reggie Bush's....if Gurley happens to win the Heisman, they don't want another trophy snafu, and have to demand their Heisman trophy back from Gurley....if he's guilty, they want it to come out, NOW!!!

Also, late last night, ESPN reported that J. Winston has "ties" to the same sports memorabilia broker, as Gurley....that doesn't make him guilty, but maybe he got paid in schrimps, and ate the evidence.
