there used to be a site pirogue.com where dennis wright sold them. i heard good things about his but never bought one now the site is closed down any idea if he is still in business or of someone else that sells them.

www.pirogue.com will take you to Mr. Ron Chapman's place in Chalmette. I have had one of his pirogues for about 10 years and absolutely love it.

i had the site bookmarked and was going to la back in october when i went to go to the site to order one it wouldent load and i didnt know how to contact him anyway the link works fine and so does my bookmark so i dont know what was going on. anyway thanks

There are many places to purchase pirouges here in New Orleans. Where are you located and what size of a pirouge are you looking for? Perhaps I can be of some assistance.

Chapman makes FINE pirouges. Mine was stolen 2 years ago [img]images/smiles/icon_mad.gif[/img] [img]images/smiles/icon_mad.gif[/img] [img]images/smiles/icon_mad.gif[/img] I need to make the drive over and get another one.
