Question on truck value

Postby SNOT » Tue Feb 19, 2013 5:05 pm

I've got a 2007 Ford F750 with 35k miles that needs a new motor. Great shape (other than the motor)-----I have a guy wanting to buy it as is but I don't know what it's worth.....he wants me to give a price....anybody have an idea on what would be a fair price. Only fair price to me would be me paying him since it's a damn Ford  ....j/k....any help would be appreciated....

Looking at this I would say knock at least 10k off for the engine. But at least I would say it would be worth 10k -14k private sale. Be best to check to see what it would cost for engine replacement.

Just decide what you would give for it if it was running and deduct the price of the engine. That will be a good street price.
