buzzard bayou still dry?

buzzard was bone dry before that rain. anyone seen it lately?

Went to buzzard this Sunday after the river rose and there was a ton of mallards, gadwalls, and teal in there. Saw several more holes loaded that day as well. 10/27/12

What I looked at in Buzzard last weekend was not "dry" but was no better than "tacky." Need a good rain.

I was there all weekend and it has water is all the way out the Trent striders house dam near. Still a lot of ducks on it though. Our lease is holding birds too on small spots of water. I noticed that dunivant pumped up the hole at the west end of his place and there was a several ducks on it as well.
