Has Mullen declined the Arkansas job yet?

I've heard he is in the mix. But, he will only take the job if it comes with a Harley, a hot volleyball chick, and his own private hot tub in the outfield at the Arkansas baseball stadium. He's a tough negotiator.
And has he declined the LSU head basketball job yet? I'm almost certain his agent has thrown his name in the hat.
