Trent Johnson resigns from LSU to sign with TCU. Not sure who they are targeting now, guess Stansbury might be available.

Joe Alleva dodged a bullet with Trent leaving...he was going to be forced to fire his first hire next year, or face his own termination. With that being said, I have almost zero faith that Joe Alleva will make the right hire to replace Trent. To that end, I could really care less outside of this being an indicator of the ability of the athletic director himself. LSU basketball is way down on my priorities list. I am not alone in my feelings among LSU faithful. Moreover, as I get older, the less and less I care about college or pro basketball. It just doesn't hold my interest anymore for some reason.
