Just heard this morning Peterson will be MSU next coach for the price of 2.5 mil and will be announced in the next couple of days.

Sure he is, otherwise he cannot collect his severance. He was fired, but was given the option to "resign". Would figure that part of the deal was that if he went to another school while under contract, he would forgoe this severance deal. I don't blame him a bit...hang out at the lake, travel and spend some of that money he's made. Heck, maybe even surgically altar those ears.

These coaches and universities continue to amaze me.

IF Peterson, i'm impressed. I figure he'll be muc h better than the other Boise St. coach in the state in the long run. You can't help but compare him to Hawkins at CO. I thought he'd have them a little better than they were this year.
