Talking trash from the loser's bracket after snapping a 4 game losing streak lacks credibility. Esp when directed at fans of a school with a 5 game winning streak including a sweep of #5 KY and tourny win over the #1 seed. Same would be true if the W-L's were reversed.

Hold on... I am trying to look through the rule book to see where it states that no one from a losers braquet team of any sport can talk smack. While I am doing that I'll go back through the thread to see where I asked for farmerc83's thoughts on this subject. Be back in a bit.:

Truth be told, I probably know more about MSU baseball than a lot of folks on here and probably have been to as many, if not more, than a lot of State fans on this board. BACK IN THE DAY I was a State fan. Started getting a NASTY taste in my mouth when I went to their baseball camp, which was run by the assist coach, who at the time, was Pat McMahon. Talk about one top notch douchebag @SSHOLE! That started the end for me and then Jackie Sherrill finished things off.

Thanks for indirectly bringing up 1998.....McMahon to the College World Series and Sherrill to the SEC championship game. Did you mean to bring up a second destination the Rebels can't get to?

There is no doubt that Pat did well at State and then Florida. My extreme dislike for him is personal and way too much to get into on here. We'll have to discuss it at a DS gathering sometime.
