I've seen a wider view of that video and it's the guy just off the screen to the left in this one. He actually looks like he craps himself. The dude that lost his hat, though, must have nerves of steel!

Damn good thing those were blanks and that was just the muzzle blast that knocked it off. Bet that dude wouldn't have kept his composure if those were live rounds. He probably would have been dead.
