Yeah well,I went back and reread the policy and he did say NWR. I thought it only said State WMAs! I did get a draw and 4 diff. people have PMed me to offer help! Gotta love this dump!

i hunt alot of public water. I have spend many a dollar in gas and many a hour in time scouting. I never have understood how people just give that kind of info out for free. Maybe I'm just selfish.
