Should've challenged Perkins goaline hurdle, attempted a pass on 2nd & Goal, challenged the phantom first down, etc. Poor game management, good learning experience, still a mother effin' loss. Optimistic with a hint of disgust and a twinge of %#*£. Damn I hate losing...

No maroon glasses here. I have been a state fan far too long to expect anything more than what just took place. I was scared all week that this would happen, mullens stock took a dip woth me terrible clock management, I would have tried a quick pass, then followed with a run to end the game. We are doing what we do best blowing it all, I forsee a 3 win season.

Well if it makes you all feel any better, we come into town next week and you can't possibly beat us at clock mis managment.

I felt disappointed only because I expected to Miss State win. This is a break from the days of Maine beating us. It was frustrating to watch because I know we are better than what we saw.

Did Miss State overlook Auburn? Maybe. Can Mullen use this game as teaching opportunity to coach up the squad? You're darn straight he will! He will make this memory hurt and bring the pain in practice. You'll see a sharper team going into LSU.

What happened to the sense of urgency we had against Memphis? I hope Dan tells our defense that we're playing tackle football not touch. Good grief!
