Where can I find a government website that spells out the laws/regs/rights that I would have as a concealed carrier. For example: Where can I carry and where can I not carry if I had a concealed carrier permit? I want to make sure it is worthwhile before I get the permit.

I found this info. Maybe you all can help me decode the language. It appears as if you would be allowed to carry in a restaurant and mall. There is some language about not being able to carry in "...any portion of an establishment, licensed to dispense alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, that is primarily devoted to dispensing alcoholic beverages; any portion of an establishment in which beer or light wine is consumed on the premises, that is primarily devoted to such purpose...". I'm assuming this is talking about a bar or nightclub. What if there is a bar within a restaurant (which is the case with most restaurants in my area)?
