Second that! easily hide-able is preferred among working professionals
Although one on your head where your hair can grow over it might work for ya?

I have 2, one on each shoulderblade. They each represent a time in my life and I do not regret either of them. I highly urge you to look a little harder or come up with something original and not use the DU decal.

The only tatoo I've seen that really means anything to me is the one on my uncle's arm........the US Marine Corps ensignia.

The rest of'em I've seen just assures me that the bearer just didn't (or still doesn't) have his head on straight, and was looking for something he could 'look like' as opposed to making a statement with the kind of person you are and your actions.......not smoke and mirrors.
So, my advice to you is.....let your friends go screw themselves up by themselves......and you take care of you. Go ask your Mom what she thinks about the idea.

Think them tattoos will look cool when you're laying in that casket someday?
If so, git-r-dun.

I have a "1/4 sleeve" on my right arm, it's pretty big but easily concealed under a T-shirt. As far as what you get, no matter what it is GET IT FOR YOU!! That way no matter who says what, it's you who appreciates it for what it is. Only thing I would add is make sure you get it done by someone at a reputable shop and you look at his portfolio before sitting in the chair.

My buddy has a DU head on his arm. We reopen duck season regulary on the lake during the summer and he ends up with a hell of a bruise.
