Every Polaris dealer should service Polaris products, whether they bought it or not. Maybe he got a good deal in Alabama. I would drive to get a deal too, but I will take it locally to get it serviced. He shouldn't have to drive to where he bought it just to get it looked at.
Yes, he can blame the guy for not looking at it. If he says he's going to look at it, he should look at it... not lie about it. No matter where it is or who it is, that's bad business. If you say you're gonna do something, you should do it... no matter what business you are in.
Exactly! I wish i could take it to Shoals outdoor Sports in Tuscumbia to get serviced everytime I needed it so they could make the money and big markup on parts and service. They are the "real" losers in this deal because they don't get the big money off parts and service.
