THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION. WE HAVE AN ATTORNEY WHO IS LOOKING INTO FORMING AN LLC. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THE MEMBERSHIP AND LANDOWNERS HAVE SOME FORM OF PROTECTION IN THE EVENT OF A LAWSUIT.

Sorry GC but I have seen enough of lawyers stirring the bottom to get the mess to the top so that they and only they can handle it. Perfect long time scam.....then they turn to politics when they get old.

you might want to consider a corprate inc . or a llc and then get your insurance [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]

sounds like yall may need to have a hunter safety course for all the members, think of it like this..." mr so an so what did you do to prevent this from happening?? one answer is
nothing , we all know how to handle guns. or the other answer, " on sept 31 2002 all the members took and passed a hunter safety course to help prevent and curb hunting accidents that could possibly happen ", which would sound better to the judge?? just food for thought.
