i don't know what your regime was, but in high school i spent a LOT of time at practice catching "100 pitches" from the rotation followed by foul poles and wind sprints...can't get any mustard on the ball pushing off of jelly legs!

There are many overweight pitchers who have played in the Bigs. I was trying to throw the guy a bone. I personally think all baseball players are athletes. Even Prince Fielder.

I counted five pitchers on the list. There's also a couple DH and two corner IF

Quite a few 1st basemen that are out of shape (I.e. Kruk...) the majority of other position players are a bit more serious about their size, speed, etc.
