Nothing proven, but I have heard putting them on advantage multi, over time, can help clean them out. Thats what I keep my dog on.

Back in high school / college when I worked for vets, they would do that for dogs that weren't well enough to go through treatment. It kills off the young, but not the adults. They still produce young, so there's the need to continue the med. Done long enough, the adults just live out their life span and die.99beers wrote:In most cases they will still test light positive.
