Hey Pomonk. Since you watched it on tv, did you see Freeze and the assistant holding up 4 fingers (imitating Scott Stricklin)? Did you see Freeze doing the train motion with his hand taunting the MSU players? Do you think that was appropriate considering how you have criticized Mullen for his behavior?

Freezes says the rebel nation does not do anything out of hate. Obviously taking a shot at Mullen. Do you think there was any hate directed toward the MSU players, coaches, trainers and cheerleaders Sat night?

I for one don't like Mullen's trash talk and all that stuff but the truth is there is not a dimes worth of difference between Mullen and Freeze. Freeze just hides behind the baptist minister act while playing kids he knows was bought. Not the Christian thing to do.

How is playing Mullen's comments on the jumbo tron any different than what Mullen has done? Freeze went along with it.

Ole Miss won because their players wanted it more. Plain and simple.

This is imperious post you've made calling out Freeze as a hypocrit. I read a lot of Internet fan talk, both pro Ole Miss and otherwise. You are the only person I've seen that admittedly tries to defame Freeze as a fraud, which tells me you are full of it and off on some personal agenda. Obviously I don't know Freeze so therefore I don't know if is truly a God fearing man or if it is a scam. Also I really don't care because I am not worried about Ole Miss every being a legitimate threat to the team I pull for. With that being said just remember that Houston Nutt used to be called the Right Reverent because of the act he put on and had people fooled, just saying.

Im a State fan. Through and through, but Mullen is not my style. I don't see the point in all the hatred. Its a game, plus this guy is from the northeast. No ties to the state at all. Am I complaining about the wins? No. Im complaining about the fact that they gave up the fight, and he put us in a position were we couldn't lose or face ridicule if we did.

Freeze IMO is a great coach. What he does off the field isn't my concern and doesn't effect my school or my life in the least bit. I have never met him or seen him but my next door neighbor played for him at Lambuth and was one of his assistants and he speaks highly of him as a person and a coach.

In short......

It is what it is. Congrats to the players at Ole Miss and State, you all made YOUR STATE very proud this year! Mississippi as a whole is headed in the right direction in the SEC and we should all embrace that fact. Both programs did very well and will be bowling this year.

About as classy as you bashing Mullen because he is not as Godly. Like you cared about that quality when you were looking for a coach. Remember this is the same fan base that embraced coach O and all he was about. Never heard anyone complain he was not Godly. If Nick Saban would have applied for the job would you have hired him or Freeze? No one would have complained that Saban cusses his players and is a jerk to the media. No one would have said we need Freeze instead of Saban because Freeze is such a Godly man. Why can't we just all admit that God has no interest in who wins football games and we all should be as passionate about saving lost souls as we are about football.
