Sneak Boat building

A good buddy of mine has given me the idea to build a 2 man sneak boat. I would like it to look similar to a cross between the Phowler Prowler and the Otter Stealth 2000. If anyone has built one from scratch before, please chime in and help me out. Where could I find plans for one and what are the steps to building one out of wood and fiberglass? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

look at the duckhunter. or they hybrids. both are not exactly sneakboats, but very useful
