This Devinner guy is so full of $#!+ his eyes are brown. So in theory anyone could call up Joe Schade and say this school or that school gave this kid or that kid a handshake at the tailgate and that school would be considered guilty in the public opinion. The NCAA I know operates bass ackwards on this stuff most of the time but I hope they are not taking this guy on his word alone as their evidence of some wrong doing.
