Term: 30 years
Rate: 8% (good luck)

MONTHLY PAYMENT: $36,688.23 (principle and interest)

Is there any duck worth that much? You can do a lot of SUPER PREMIUM guided hunts anywhere in the world for that kind of jack!

Funny thing about money pits.......when the ducks aren't here, you still can't do anything about it.......it just allows you to sit and watch blank skies in the solitude of your own surroundings, and wonder......"ain't this somethin?"
