Goose spreads

Postby Hunter007 » Tue Sep 06, 2005 9:56 am

I broke down and got a lease this year that should have some outstanding goose hunting. I've never hunted geese before. My question is: how many decoys should I put out? How many silhouettes, shells, full body and rags should I use? I know the sky is the limit but how much would be enough to be effective? I will probably only be hunting blues, snows & the occasional speck. Thanks in advance. :D

As many as you can afford and can put out. The more realistic the better.

If you huntin them snows, you best at least get 200 plus. I have found that you dont need that many to hunt specks.
